Can I qualify?
You may not have a 10% deposit to put down on a new property to purchase now, or perhaps you have a deposit but are unable to secure a mortgage. For several reasons, such as being self-employed, not having enough information to provide a high-street lender, or you could have some adverse credit rating holding you back? Does this sound like you?
Whatever those reasons may be, we can work with a reduced deposit for what you can afford (3% is the minimum we ask for) and that you are in employment or you are self-employed, where you can potentially be in a position to get a mortgage in five, six or seven years’ time.
